Crispy Chicks with Cheese Sauce

Wrapped in bacon!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 chicken supremes
  • 12 fetas of smoked bacon
  • 20 cc. of cream/milk
  • 150 gr. gorgonzola or Roquefort
  • 1 tsp. corn starch
  • French fries to accompany
  • c / n of honey
  • c / n of chopped parsley
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the fillets into strips approximately 3cm wide and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Roll the strips with the bacon fetas and fix them with the help of a toothpick.
  3. Brown on both sides. Take to a baking sheet, brush with honey and put in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 15 minutes.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat the cream and incorporate the selected cheese, moving with the help of a spatula so that it does not stick to the bottom.
  5. Dissolve the starch with a tablespoon of water and pour over the sauce.
  6. Serve the chicken drumsticks with the sauce.
