Crispy Potatoes

With a special sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pairs round potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp. cumin
  • ½ tbsp. oregano
  • Salt, pepper, and olive
For the sauce:
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. firm cream cheese (Finland)
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp oregano
  • ½ tbsp. onion powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut the potatoes into wedges with the peel, put them in a bowl and season with all the spices. Add a little olive and move. Transfer to a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at 180º for 30 / 35m.
  2. For the sauce mix all the ingredients in a container.
