Passion Fruit and Chocolate Mousse

An explosive combination of flavors

INGREDIENTS

  • Milk cream 300ml + 400ml
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice
  • 4 passion fruit pulps
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 375 gr. chopped semi-sweet chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In the blender, pour the condensed milk and juice. Beat until smooth.
  2. Add the passion fruit pulp with the sugar and water in a small saucepan.
  3. Simmer until light syrup is formed.
  4. Pour the chopped semi-dark chocolate in a bowl and add the hot milk cream and mix well.
  5. On a tray, have a layer of chocolate cream and passion fruit mousse.
  6. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
  7. Serve with passion fruit syrup on the mousse.
