An explosive combination of flavors
INGREDIENTS
- Milk cream 300ml + 400ml
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice
- 4 passion fruit pulps
- 2/3 cup sugar
- ¼ cup of water
- 375 gr. chopped semi-sweet chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
- In the blender, pour the condensed milk and juice. Beat until smooth.
- Add the passion fruit pulp with the sugar and water in a small saucepan.
- Simmer until light syrup is formed.
- Pour the chopped semi-dark chocolate in a bowl and add the hot milk cream and mix well.
- On a tray, have a layer of chocolate cream and passion fruit mousse.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
- Serve with passion fruit syrup on the mousse.
