Super Easy Nutella Cookies

Just FIVE ingredients in a Nutella jar and you’re done! Some unmissable cookies for this snack, without dirtying the kitchen.

INGREDIENTS

  • 90 gr. Of flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 275 gr. from Nutella
  • 60 gr. pieces of white chocolate
  • 60 gr. roasted and chopped hazelnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º and butter an oven tray. Reserve.
  2. Put the flour, the egg, the hazelnuts, and the white chocolate chips into the Nutella jar and mix with a spoon until there are no flour lumps.
  3. Insert a scoop of ice cream and take small balls from the jar and place them on the buttered tray.
  4. Press the balls down to create thick discs.
  5. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes. They should be slightly soft in the middle. Let cool until ready and serve!
